Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Answer calls professionally
Respond to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints related to Internet
Provide customers with product and service information
Enter customer information
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route calls to appropriate resource
Knowledge of ISP, Hardware, Networking, Internet, VPN, DNS servers, Remote access etc is added advantage
Salary package: 2.4 to 4lacks
Qualification :
Eligibility:
• An ideal candidate should be a graduate (Btech, M.C.A).
• 6 months-3 yrs of Work experience in Technical Support
• Preferably from US process.
