Desired Qualification / Education :
MBA/PGDM
• Bachelors in Sales and/or Marketing are must. Bonus to have MBA degree.
• Fluency in English speaking, reading, writing
• Bonus to have knowledge around recent software trends (Mobile Development, Rich Internet Applications, etc)
• Experience in IT software sales and/or services industry is a must
• Ability to negotiate and close deals at the executive level
• Exceptional organization and time management skills
• Strong understanding of creative services/brand marketing and collateral development
• 5+ Years in sales, relationship management or consulting role is desired
• Focused team player with an understanding of corporate objectives and a desire to excel with the company

Desired Experience : 1 to 10 Years (Mandatory)

Mandatory Skills : Experience In IT Software Sales and/or Services Industry

Job Responsibilities :
• Lead sales and business development
• Measure, present, and execute results of marketing tactics, trends, research
• Proactively communicate with prospective clients via phone, in person and electronic channels
• Develop and execute a sales plan for generating leads, maximizing sales opportunities and achieving sales performance targets
• Identify and present compelling proposals on software services where the solution will add value
• Build and maintain strategic business relationships
• Make recommendations to improve our sales & marketing process
• Lead the development of standard pricing model for software and services by collaborating with internal stakeholders and performing market research & analysis
