• Very strong testing knowledge on finance domain (accounting basic, accounts receivable, accounts payable, balance sheet, ledger accounts, P/L accounts, company accounts)
• Should be strong in Manual Testing concepts
• Designing of test scenarios writing the Test cases Test Execution
• Database Testing
• Defect tracking
• Defect management
• Knowledge on financial accounting packages like Tally would be an added advantage
• Good communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
