Looking customer support executive

Excellent communication skills in English

To handle customer queries efficiently and resolving all issues in first instance

To meet the customers' needs and provide customer satisfaction.

Wherever required up sell the appropriate product to all customers at the most profitable rate that can be achieved.

To meet the customers' needs in order to provide satisfaction.

To meet business targets for both quantity and quality

Salary : 2.4lac to 3.5lac per annum
