Job Role: Business development Executive(Online Bidding) With 1-2 Years Exp

Candiates Should Have:

Looking for a Business development executive who has atleast 1-2 years of experience in bidding on sites like elance, freelancer, o desk etc

1.Responsible for getting business through different channels (Elance, Guru, Odesk, Email Marketing, Etc.) for IT Services like website design, application development etc.. Understanding the project requirement

2.Knowledge of preparing the business proposal, RFQ. Explaining work scope of the project.

3.Excellent verbal and written skills

4.Well versed with Presentations and Write up functions

5.Self-Motivated and Diligent in executions

6.Capable of formulating, delegating and implementing marketing strategies

7.Aspiring attitude towards organization

8.Exp with bidding sites like Elance Guru, Work Independently, Lead generator, Calling, Drafting of proposals, Client interaction, Negotiation, also coordinate with technical team.

9.Must be able to make proposals and replies for each lead.

10.Must understand web services like website /application development and must be able to explain those to the clients.

11.Must have good Marketing skills, Expert in Social Media, Work individually & within team
