• Should be strong in communication skills
• Should be good in Unix skills

Informatica Development :
• Should have 3 years of experience in Informatica
• Should be strong in Database Concepts (preferably in Oracle)
• Should be strong in analytical skills
• Should be strong in communication skills
• Should be good in Unix skills
